Job Description:

What You will do:

  • Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for all sites.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for work order purposes and contractor billing.
  • Perform material reconciliation to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Conduct random site visits to verify quantities and check compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of work orders and rate analysis.
  • Ensure timely reporting of discrepancies, variations, and excess consumption to management.
  • Maintain updated records of site measurements, contractor bills, and reconciliation reports.
  • Support project managers in cost control, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve quantity-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in civil engineering or related projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D) and MS Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of structural analysis and geotechnical engineering.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
