We are looking for a dedicated Montessori-trained teacher who can teach children from pre-school to Class 2 and conduct spoken English classes. The role involves nurturing individual learning journeys, fostering curiosity, and helping children develop confidence in communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching & Learning
  • Deliver Montessori lessons and spoken English sessions as per the school curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning needs and styles.
  • Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and activity plans.
  • Child Development & Care
  • Ensure the emotional well-being, safety, and comfort of each child.
  • Observe, document, and share progress reports with parents.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with colleagues to align on curriculum delivery.
  • Maintain regular, positive communication with parents.

Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

  • Deliver Montessori lessons tailored to each child's pace and developmental stage.
  • Conduct engaging spoken English activities, leading to measurable improvement

in fluency and confidence.

  • Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, providing regular feedback on child's

progress.

Technical Competencies

  • Understanding and application of Montessori philosophy.
  • Spoken English teaching skills for early learners.
  • Classroom management for mixed-age groups (up to Class 2).

Behavioural Competencies

  • Warm, friendly, and patient with children.
  • Adaptable to individual learning speeds.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills in English.
  • Collaborate with parents and colleagues.

Work Environment/Setup: On-site, classroom-based role.

5 days a week, as per the school schedule.
