Responsibilities:

  • Product listing on E-commerce Platforms and shopify website .
  • Processing orders online and offline.
  • Catalog Management.
  • Oversee daily order fulfillment (scheduling courier, packing and shipping).
  • Answer clients & customers phone calls and respond to their questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, activity logs, and reports.Vendor coordination and management.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Support the overall operation of E-commerce as needed.
  • Responsible for meeting the set targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent verbal, written, English communication skills.
  • Knowledge about e-commerce is must Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate and organize well.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to define, develop and measure performance.

Minimum 5 years + experience in E-commerce

Immediate joining.
