About the Role
We are seeking a
Technical Lead – AI/ML
with proven expertise in building and deploying
AI-driven solutions
using
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Nvidia TensorRT, and advanced ML workflows
. The role involves
leading a team
, driving
AI model development and optimization
, and ensuring the delivery of
scalable, production-ready AI systems
for emerging technology use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of
AI/ML solutions
across NLP, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI use cases - Architect and optimize
deep learning models
using
TensorFlow, PyTorch, and TensorRT - Build document classification, information extraction, and intelligent automation
pipelines - Work with
vector databases
(Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.) for LLM-powered RAG systems - Ensure
efficient data workflows, model optimization, and GPU acceleration - Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI products in FinTech and enterprise domains
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (with at least 2+ years in a
lead/mentorship role
) - Strong expertise in
Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT - Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and Computer Vision (OCR, Semi-OCR, Vision Transformers)
- Experience in model optimization, GPU acceleration, and scalable ML workflows
- Familiarity with MLOps tools
for deployment and monitoring - Strong problem-solving and research-driven mindset
