About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create seamless and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

● Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements.

● Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.

● Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

● Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure brand and product consistency.

● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

● Design visually compelling marketing pamphlets, brochures, flyers, and print-ready assets.

● Create digital marketing creatives including social media graphics, ad banners, email templates, and landing pages.

● Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns with engaging visuals.

● Ensure brand identity consistency across product UI, print material, and digital campaigns.

● Coordinate with external vendors or printers to ensure high-quality print production.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.

● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools for product design.

● Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

● Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for marketing creatives. (optional but will be given preference)

● Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Knowledge of design thinking and user psychology.

Nice to Have

● Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (not mandatory but a plus)

● Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.

● Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.

●* Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.*
