Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our IT firm with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs smoothly by performing basic administrative and clerical tasks and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment Need to know all the office boy work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to staff and visitors.
  • Clean and maintain the office, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Ensure availability and replenishment of pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.).
  • Handle basic errands such as banking tasks, courier drop-off/pickup, and delivering documents.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal or client meetings.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support the admin or HR team with photocopying, scanning, filing, or any clerical work.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the office premises.
  • Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs to the Office Manager.
  • Assist IT staff or other departments in moving equipment or supplies when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Trustworthy and discreet with confidential materials.
  • Prior experience in a similar office support role is an advantage.
  • Good personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Polite, punctual, and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
