Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developers with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role requires both team handling capabilities as well as being an effective individual contributor. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are eager to take ownership, contribute to technical excellence, and mentor junior team members while growing in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using (front-end) and (back-end).

Build scalable, robust, and efficient systems using JavaScript and Python.

Lead and mentor team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support professional growth within the team.

Act as an individual contributor when required, taking ownership of complex modules or projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and DevOps) to define, plan, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and system performance.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and system design.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend their adoption when beneficial.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge and proven experience with and JavaScript for front-end development.

Proficiency in for back-end services.

Hands-on experience with Python for development and scripting.

Experience in team handling, mentoring, and guiding junior developers.

Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with being a strong individual contributor.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on scalable solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (CSE/IT).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
