Job Title: Field Technician Shimla

Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

About the Role:

We are looking for a Field Technician to support field operations in Shimla. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gateways and smart meters to ensure smooth network communication and system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and ensure uptime of gateways in the assigned area.
  • Repair and replace NICs (Network Interface Cards) as required.
  • Conduct field visits for diagnosing and resolving meter-related defects.
  • Identify and troubleshoot non-communicating or never-communicating meters in the field.
  • Perform any other related or miscellaneous field support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma, B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and communication networks.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and field work.
