Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and experienced Mathematics Faculty who can handle classroom teaching, mentoring, academic content development, counselling support, and seminar/outreach sessions. The role includes engaging teaching delivery for entrance exam preparation such as CLAT, IPMAT & CUET in both online and offline formats.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching

  • Teach Mathematics, Quantitative Techniques & Quantitative Aptitude for CLAT, IPMAT & CUET.
  • Deliver well-structured and concept-based sessions for students from diverse academic backgrounds.
  • Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and provide individual student support.

2. Student Mentoring

  • Guide students on exam preparation strategy, time management & test-taking approaches.
  • Conduct one-on-one discussions to address individual academic challenges.
  • Track student performance and provide feedback for improvement.

3. Content Development

  • Develop worksheets, practice sheets, mock papers & exam-relevant materials.
  • Update existing content based on changing exam trends and difficulty levels.
  • Participate in mock test creation and academic planning.

4. Seminars, Workshops & Outreach

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, orientation programs & school sessions.
  • Represent the academic excellence of the institution in outreach activities.

5. Parent & Student Counselling

  • Interact with parents and students during the admission stage and clarify academic queries.
  • Explain curriculum structure, learning methodology & preparation roadmap.

6. Academic Operations

  • Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
  • Coordinate with the academic leadership and other faculty members for smooth delivery.
  • Attend internal training and academic review meetings.

7. Digital & YouTube Sessions

  • Conduct online classes, YouTube live sessions or recorded academic content to support learning & outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
