Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing) to join our team at MIT Campus, Pandharpur. The candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems in the campus infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, review, and implement electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, UPS, transformers, generators, and ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, access control).
  • Plan and execute plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, firefighting, and sanitary systems.
  • Supervise installation and maintenance of pumps, HVAC equipment (chillers, AHU, ducting), heating systems, and sprinkler systems.
  • Conduct load calculations, pipe sizing, and hydraulic analysis using AutoCAD & Revit MEP.
  • Coordinate MEP services with civil and structural drawings to avoid conflicts.
  • Inspect, test, and commission electrical, plumbing, and firefighting installations.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, IS, NFPA, and local authority standards.
  • Maintain records of site supervision, stock, and material usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Support campus facilities with sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.

  • Strong Problem-Solving & Communication

Educational Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (with MEP experience)
  • Diploma in MEP Engineering / Electrical / Plumbing (with strong site experience)

Experience

  • 2 to 7 years of relevant MEP experience in Electrical & Plumbing works (campus, institutional, or building projects preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
