Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile WordPress Developer with strong skills in theme and plugin development who can build and customize websites across ecommerce, real estate, service-based, lead generation, and other niches. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, with a solid basic understanding of PHP, HTML, and CSS to troubleshoot and work around technical challenges independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain advanced WordPress themes and plugins tailored for diverse website types
  • Build websites spanning ecommerce, real estate listings, service booking, lead generation, and more
  • Implement tracking solutions and marketing automation integrations for ad campaigns
  • Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance and SEO
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and creatively solve development challenges using PHP, HTML, and CSS
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver outstanding client projects
  • Manage project timelines and deliver on deadlines
  • Stay updated with WordPress ecosystem advancements, plugins, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience focused on WordPress theme and plugin development
  • Strong proficiency in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins
  • Basic but solid understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS to independently resolve issues and customize functionality
  • Experience building varied website types: ecommerce (WooCommerce), real estate, service-based, lead generation, etc.
  • Knowledge of tracking and marketing automation tool setups
  • Self-driven with problem-solving aptitude and effective communication skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatile WordPress projects and technical skill
