  • Perform Data Assessments on all in scope data sources
  • Identify data gaps/issues against data requirements and for gaps/issues found during assessments, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of DQ issues, defining remediation plan, overseeing execution of remediation at source and confirming DQ fixes are successful, including planning, agreeing, initiating DQ remediation at source.
  • Perform Data Privacy Assessments when needed
  • Identify Critical Data Elements (CDES)
  • Classify data into Domain / Subject Areas
  • Define DQ rules across Landing/Bronze (expected to have the same data as Source), Silver and Gold layers, implement those roles in IDQ, perform thorough testing of the rules (unit and functional testing)
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of DQ issues found from executing the rules, define remediation plan, oversee execution of remediation at source and confirming DQ fixes are successful, including planning, agreeing, initiating DQ remediation at source throughout program delivery through hypercare.
  • Perform data cataloging Bronze, Silver, and Gold data objects
