Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document financial business processes.
  • Implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Conduct system configuration and setup for financial modules.
  • Provide user training and support for FICO applications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project executions.
  • Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop test scripts and perform system testing for FICO modules.
  • Maintain and update FICO documentation and user manuals.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Support regulatory compliance through accurate financial reporting.
  • Evaluate system integration with other SAP modules.
  • Create and manage financial reports using SAP tools.
  • Advise on best practices for financial and accounting processes.
  • Assist in changes to financial policies and procedures as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO enhancements and industry trends.
  • Participate in change management and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP FICO solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
  • Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Certifications in SAP FICO preferred.
  • Experience in user training and support roles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards affecting financial practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
