We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content for digital, print, and social campaigns as well as editing videos for social media, marketing, and product promotions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design:

Create static graphics, including banners, social media posts, ads, brochures, and print materials according to brand guidelines.
- Video Editing:

Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished videos, short-form content (Ads, reels, stories), marketing/promotional videos, and product explainer footage.
- Motion Graphics:

Add simple animations, effects, titles, and transitions to enhance content engagement.
- Multi-format Delivery:

Output designs and videos in multiple formats and resolutions suitable for digital publishing (web, social, email) and print as required.
- Deadline Management:

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering designs within stipulated deadlines.
- Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and visual identity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

(or similar) AND
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

(or equivalent tools).
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva for rapid prototyping/social media creatives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and video work (social media, digital ads, reels, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, creative flair, and ability to receive and implement feedback.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced agency, startup, or digital marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for visual content.
