We are a growing company dedicated to promoting high-quality agricultural products from Assam to a global market. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Remote Design & Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by helping us build our brand from the ground up. You will play a key role in designing our website, building our social media presence, and executing marketing campaigns that tell the authentic story of Assam's rich agricultural heritage.

This is a un-paid internship offering a flexible, remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

As our Design & Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to our growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Website Design & Content: Assisting in the design and development of our e-commerce website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and on-brand.
• Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels, posts) for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and others.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Graphic Design: Creating visual assets for social media, email newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Content Creation: Contributing to the development of written content, including captions, blog posts, and email copy.
• Market Research: Conducting research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to help inform our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong desire to learn and a passion for design, marketing, and social media.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with free design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A creative mindset and an eye for aesthetics.
• A strong interest in the agricultural sector, sustainable products, or a similar field is a plus.
• Knowledge about Assam and Agar wood or Eri silk industry is a plus
