Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant (MM)

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects and extensive support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and their implementation.

Global Experience:

  • Hands-on experience managing global templates and rollouts.
  • Familiarity with business processes and compliance in US and EMEA regions.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience working in the discrete manufacturing and medical device industries.

Integration Expertise:

  • Proficient in integrating SAP with various applications and third-party systems.

Business Process Management:

  • Strong understanding of business process management and reengineering to align with SAP solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with RISE with SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (MM) in global SAP projects.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions tailored to industry-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and roll out global templates.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP and external applications to optimize business processes.
  • Drive SAP best practice adoption across project lifecycle.
  • Lead or support the implementation of SAP solutions in alignment with business goals.
  • Provide post-go-live support and ongoing process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certifications in relevant modules (MM)
  • Proven ability to work in complex, global, and multicultural environments.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
