Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our financial processes. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, perform financial analysis, and support regulatory compliance. This role also involves mentoring junior staff, managing tax filings, and contributing to strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring they comply with accounting standards.
• Reconcile balance sheets, bank statements, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee tax filings (GST, GST Refund, TDS, Income Tax), ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and prepare audit schedules.
• Review financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of data in accounting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhadreswar, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
