Basic Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Female candidates only
• Proficient in Hindi and English (spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively in Hindi and English
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or queries promptly and professionally
• Support team members and assist with store/booth organization as required
• Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and sales strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months
