Job Description

  • Implementing impactful CSR projects aligned with community needs and corporate policies.
  • Conducting needs assessments and developing partnerships with local stakeholders.
  • Managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with CSR guidelines, and reporting on project impacts.
  • Liaises with government bodies, NGOs, and community groups to align CSR initiatives with rural development goals.
  • Oversee multiple projects, facilitate community engagement, ensure on-ground monitoring through site visits.
  • Conducting field visits and monitoring to ensure effective project execution and impact.
  • Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for management and CSR compliance.
  • Supporting livelihood, education, health, and safe drinking water projects in rural areas.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Previous experience of working in rural settings.
  • Strong understanding of rural social issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build collaborations.
  • Competency in project execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Should be willing to be based out of Sathupally, Khammam district and travel extensively.
