Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience:  5+ Years

Mode of Hire: Fulltime

Job Description

  • Act as a Business Analyst supporting Project Initiatives.
  • Participate in daily scrum calls, Scope Planning, Capacity Planning Meetings, Requirement Walkthrough Meetings.
  • Document Epic's, User Stories and Current and Future Business Processes.
  • Enable collaboration between the Business Sponsors and the developers on the project team.
  • Interact with client and the Technical Team for requirement gathering.
  • Conduct interviews during the process of gathering requirements and create User Stories and Business Process documents.
  • Manage the UAT globally and do Product Demo to the business stakeholders in UAT Kick-off Meetings.
  • Worked in Agile Methodology

Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of total experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
  • Must have worked in at least 1 client facing project
  • Must have worked as Business Analyst in the last 3 years
  • Extremely good communication skills – oral and written
  • Extremely good team skills and client management skills 
  • Must have worked in Agile Methodologies
  • Must have experience working on Tools for Requirement Management like JIRA & Azure Devops
  • Must have worked on Functional Requirement Documents, Business Requirement Documents, Business Process Documents, User Stories, Epic's and Use Case Documents.
  • Must have managed the UAT globally and have dome Product Demo to the business stakeholders.
  • Must have participated and led the Scope Planning Meetings, Capacity Planning Meetings, Requirement Walkthrough Meetings.
