Making all type of Voucher Entries such as Purchase Invoices, Sales
Invoice,Expensesbills,CashVoucher,BankingTransaction&otherjournalrelated
etc.

Making all type of Entries of all Stocks and maintaining the stock registers
suchas inward&outward goods,productionand Jobworkentry etc.

Reconciliation ofBankStatementwithBooksofAccount.

Keeping & filing of All Accounting Records which includes the Fixed A
ssets &
allCapexExpenditure.
-
Liaising work with the Receivables & Suppliers and collection of Confirmation
ofAccounts attimeto timebasis.
-
Preparing of Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly Report as per requirement
ofManagement.
-
Making of various provisions at year end related to unpaid expenses and
prepaidsummary.

PreparationofTrailBalance,Profit& Lossaccount&BalanceSheet.

Liaising work with Auditor at the time of Finalization of Books of account
andAudit(IncomeTax&GST Audit).

rious Taxation of Compliance procedure such as Payment of Provident
Fund,ProfessionalTax,ESICPaymentand otherDirect&Indirecttaxrelated.
