Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for Manufacturing and Packing. The role involves undertaking day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations in compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include operating equipment, supervising production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining inventory, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The individual will work closely with the operations team to ensure timelines and efficiency are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Experience in equipment operation, production management, and inventory handling within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Understanding of quality control and assurance processes, including documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflows for manufacturing and packing tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with production teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and ensure hands-on oversight of day-to-day operations.
