Job Title: Software Developer

Work Mode: Work from Office (General Shift)

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects end-to-end, demonstrating exceptional technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.

The role demands a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, can guide team members, and ensures on-time project delivery with quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end software development projects, from requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, to deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python, - with preferred for backend development.
  • Solid experience with ; added advantage if experienced with React + Vite setup.
  • Solid working knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
  • Proficiency in building scalable RESTful APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
  • Working experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for software development and deployment.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as Vector Databases, RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, LLM Integrations, and AI-driven application development.
  • Experience using or integrating AI-powered developer tools like Replit (preferred), Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude into development workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python / / .NET / PHP / Java.
  • Experience in React / Angular / or equivalent modern frameworks
  • Deep experience in / Django / Spring Boot / .NET Core or equivalent.
  • Solid working knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • RESTful APIs, third-party service integrations, handling middleware.
  • Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, or Hugging Face Transformers

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Practical experience in end-to-end project management from requirement gathering to client delivery
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or data analytics tools is an added advantage.
