Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise the dining area, manage service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide waiters/servers during shifts.
  • Ensure smooth dining service and timely order delivery.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Train and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and quick service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and overall ambiance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in restaurant service/hospitality (Captain/Head Waiter role preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
