Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a Junior AI Video Designer to join our dynamic team in Chennai on a full-time basis. This pivotal role will focus on designing, editing, and producing high-impact video content driven by cutting-edge AI technologies, supporting digital customer journeys and innovative enterprise experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• AI-Powered Content Creation (Mandatory skill): ability to use artificial intelligence tools to develop engaging and innovative video content for enterprise needs.
• End-to-End Video Production (Mandatory skill): experience handling the complete process from conceptualization to final export using AI-driven workflows.
• Prompt Engineering (Mandatory skill): proven skill in designing and refining prompts to maximize creative output from generative AI models.
• Photo & Video Editing: demonstrates expertise in polishing AI-generated visuals, ensuring each frame meets aesthetic and technical standards.
• Model Tuning & Exploration: familiarity with adjusting AI/ML models for task-specific video outcomes, experimenting for optimal creative results.
• Cinematic Storytelling: ability to craft compelling visual narratives that enhance digital customer interactions and deliver business messages clearly.
• Post-Production Excellence: skilled in applying professional-grade finishing touches such as seamless transitions, audio sync, and visual effects.
• Color Correction & Grading: adept at adjusting footage colors and tones for mood and consistency, ensuring a premium viewing experience.
• API Integration: experience or willingness to learn and leverage APIs for automating and enhancing video workflows or integrating third-party AI tools into the design process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with teams such as marketing, product, and engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create AI-powered video content that aligns with enterprise client objectives and Twixors innovative standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality videos for customer engagement initiatives.
• Utilize prompt engineering to optimize the outcome of generative AI tools in the video design workflow.
• Polish and enhance AI-generated visuals through expert photo and video editing to achieve a cohesive and professional look.
• Explore, fine-tune, and leverage AI/ML models to improve creative output and introduce unique video elements.
• Apply cinematic storytelling techniques to visually communicate complex ideas quickly and effectively.
• Manage all facets of post-production, including transitions, visual effects, and audio synchronization, to ensure seamless final output.
• Handle color correction and grading, bringing an advanced touch to deliver visually striking and brand-consistent videos.
• Integrate APIs with video production tools and AI platforms to automate processes, enhance features, or enable advanced capabilities as needed for project requirements.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration by supporting and working effectively with various departments to ensure project goals and deliverables are met on time and at the highest standards.
