Role Objective: The incumbent is responsible for developing architectural designs and managing timely deliverables as per project management requirements. In this role, there is a particular focus on collaborating with the various consultants and internal teams to ensure that quality projects are delivered to the customer promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Excellence

  • Develop and implement innovative landscape design concepts that elevate the visual and experiential quality of projects.
  • Review and refine existing and proposed landscape designs to ensure alignment with brand and quality standards.
  • Enhance the landscape identity of existing developments through creative re-design and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban designers, and planners to ensure holistic integration of built and open spaces.

Execution & Coordination

  • Prepare detailed design drawings, material specifications, and planting plans.
  • Work closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.
  • Review landscape BOQs and cost estimates to ensure efficiency and value optimisation.

Deliverables to Project Management at all sites

  • Perform design reviews, evaluate detailed design documents and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Evaluate the performance of consultants to ensure adherence to Lodha quality standards and drive the timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Decision making on critical issues.

Site Execution

  • Address site conditions and their implications.
  • Inspect project execution at sites and validate adherence to the designs.
  • Work with all stakeholders to resolve any bottlenecks at sites.

Skills: Strong landscape design knowledge, decision-making skills, good communication, ability to develop strong professional relationships and collaborate

Qualification: B.Arch

Preferred: Experience working in a design consultancy, not mandatory
