Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, recruitment, and overall HR generalist functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handling PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
• Managing employee relations and HR operations
• Leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Supporting management in HR policy implementation

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
