Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Application Development Lead to spearhead the development of scalable and efficient applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and project management skills to drive successful project delivery while mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and performance.

- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend tools or frameworks that can improve efficiency and scalability.

- Prepare technical documentation and reports as needed.

- Ensure application security and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

years of hands-on experience in application development with 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

- Expertise in frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, React, or similar.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, SharePoint and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, AWS).

- Prior experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
