About the Role:

As a Quality Executive, you'll play a key role in upholding product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You'll monitor production processes, conduct quality checks, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and packaging lines.


Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor quality parameters for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods as per SOPs.

* Implement and uphold GMP and HACCP standards across the plant.

* Conduct regular line inspections, product sampling, and testing.

* Maintain and verify quality documentation and daily production reports.

* Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.

* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, and company quality systems.

* Support audits, inspections, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).

* Train staff on hygiene, safety, and quality best practices.

* Analyze consumer complaints to identify and eliminate root causes.

* Verify packaging, labeling, and batch coding for accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Need:

* Solid understanding of FMCG quality systems and food safety standards.

* Familiarity with FSSAI norms, GMP, HACCP, and audit procedures.

* Strong analytical, observation, and documentation skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.

Qualifications:

* B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC within the FMCG industry (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, or Packaging).
