Inside Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-up on sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documents as required
• Liaise with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of orders
• Track and follow up on leads, prospects, and pending orders
• Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and product availability in coordination with the inventory team
• Ensure prompt communication between the sales team and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Pivot Table ) and CRM software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
• Knowledge of inventory or order management systems
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
