We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Pre-Owned Car Dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the customer database, making outbound calls for feedback and follow-ups, and assisting in lead management to ensure excellent customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding car inquiries, offers, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM or Excel) accurately.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and queries, and share them with the sales team.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and test drives for sales executives.
  • Maintain daily call reports and communication logs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Maharathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
  • Pleasant personality and confident telephone manners.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or automotive industry preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
