Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sailpoint IIQ L3 Support Engineer, located on-site in Bengaluru South. The L3 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues related to Sailpoint IIQ. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in Sailpoint IIQ or related technologies are a plus
  • Prior experience in IT support roles is advantageous
