Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role based in Mathura. The Academic Counsellor will guide students in exploring suitable academic and career options, assist in their skill development journey, and provide personalized academic advising. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, assessing students' requirements and aspirations, and offering advice on educational programs and potential career paths. Maintaining communication with students and helping them stay motivated are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in Academic Advising and providing guidance on educational paths
• A background in Education and familiarity with career-building programs
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping others succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role is a plus
