Job Description


• Provide regional leadership to the technical service function.

• Implementation and review of processes.

• Build and develop customer relationship across the region

• Development of the technical service personnel's at various customer sites in the region
Problem Solving (R)

• Provide guidance and support on resolution of technical issues

• Influence & affect action from Manufacturing, R&D and QA for resolution of technical issues.

• Develops and enhances skill of the technical service personnel's through identifying and creating learning opportunities.
Information Management (R)

• Analyze and present Regional trends and patterns on the product application performance.

• Implement and review systems of control and review at the customer site for e.g. Database generation, information management
Customer Service(R)

• Build and develop relationship with the customer user department in the region through regular meetings.

• Plan and schedule VA/VE activities at the cust



Key Responsibilities:

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Design/ Manufacturing and Application process.
