Job Title: Client Servicing Manager – Beauty & Cosmetics (Female)
Salary: ₹45,000-₹55,000 per month
Job Location- Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Delhi
Exp.- 4-7 years
Note: Only female candidates are preferred.
Job Description:
The Company is hiring a talented Client Servicing Manager with experience in managing client relationships and product support in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle all aspects of client servicing, including order coordination, product inquiries, and post-sales support.
- Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to enhance brand understanding.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams for product improvement and innovation.
- Prepare client performance reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Manage client retention, issue resolution, and ensure exceptional service delivery standards.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in client servicing, beauty product management, or cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of beauty products, skincare ingredients, and product analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Female candidates with a customer-centric approach preferred.
