Job Description:

The Company is hiring a talented Client Servicing Manager with experience in managing client relationships and product support in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetic industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle all aspects of client servicing, including order coordination, product inquiries, and post-sales support.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to enhance brand understanding.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams for product improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare client performance reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage client retention, issue resolution, and ensure exceptional service delivery standards.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in client servicing, beauty product management, or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of beauty products, skincare ingredients, and product analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Female candidates with a customer-centric approach preferred.
