Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Shopify Developer. The Sr. Shopify Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Shopify websites. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing site performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements. Additionally, the developer will be responsible for integrating third-party applications, ensuring security best practices, and providing technical support and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify development, including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies including , PHP, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce and prior work with retail brands is a plus
