We are hiring for our client a leading high-precision engineering Manufacturing.

Position: VMC Programmer

Job Type : Permanent

Experience: 6+ years

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical

Work Location: Bangalore

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers using Mastercam (latest or specified version).
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and technical documentation.
  • Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to optimize machining efficiency and surface finish.
  • Perform part simulations and verifications to ensure programs are error-free before production.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturability.
  • Set up and prove out new programs on VMC machines.
  • Troubleshoot and debug programs and machining operations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs, revisions, and setups.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all times.

Skills Required:

  • Must have experience with 3 axis,4 axis,5 axis, machines.
  • Hand on experience in Master CAM atleast 4+ years
