Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Operator role based in Chennai. The Production Operator will be responsible for overseeing daily production processes, ensuring quality control standards are met, and executing production plans. The role also involves coordinating with team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and adhering to safety protocols during production shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability in Production Planning and Production Management processes.
• Proficiency in Quality Control activities and maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Relevant educational background, vocational training, or equivalent experience in production or manufacturing is preferred.
