  • Designing and developing fiber optic systems and networks.
  • Conducting site surveys to determine the best installation paths and techniques.
  • Creating detailed schematics for fiber optic systems, ensuring compliance with standards and customer specifications.
  • Updating and maintaining project documentation and system records.
  • Training technical staff and users when necessary.
  • Arranging skilled labor or subcontractors for fiber laying, splicing, and testing on a project-wise basis.

Experience Required: 4–5 years
