Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, purchase, and manage paid traffic from various sources, including native, push, display, and social advertising platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, or Bemob to ensure profitability.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI by adjusting bids, creatives, targeting, and placements based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates and performance outcomes.
  • Identify profitable traffic sources and new monetization opportunities through continuous research and testing.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align buying strategies with overall business

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in media buying, traffic arbitrage, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including native, display, push, and social traffic sources.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume campaigns and achieving profitable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, or Bemob.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and monetization platforms (e.g., AdSense, CPA/CPL networks).
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Passion for digital marketing trends, ad technologies, and continuous performance improvement.
