Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage social media platforms, run paid advertising campaigns, and generate quality leads through online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads – Mandatory)
  • Generate and track leads through digital and social media campaigns
  • Create engaging social media content (posts, captions, creatives, reels)
  • Work on brand promotion and online visibility
  • Monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI and prepare reports

Required Skills (Mandatory)

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, or YouTube Ads)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies through paid campaigns
  • Good knowledge of social media management & campaigning
  • Working knowledge of media designing tools (Canva / Photoshop or similar)

Additional Advantage (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of video editing (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos)
  • Ability to plan content calendars and creatives
  • Experience in IT / Education sector will be an added advantage
