Role OverviewThe Backend Executive will be the backbone of Exxeella's operations—ensuring that every application, data point, and internal process flows smoothly.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage documentation, CRM updates, vendor coordination, and quality control to support our front-line consultants and deliver exceptional client experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & ComplianceReview and validate client application documents (passports, academic records, financial statements). Ensure all submissions meet university, immigration, and regulatory requirements.

CRM & Data ManagementMaintain and update client records in Zoho CRM/Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness. Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and process bottlenecks. Vendor & Partner CoordinationLiaise with education partners, legal advisors, translators, and courier services to track deliverables.

Schedule and follow up on translations, attestations, and visa interview slots. Process OptimizationIdentify gaps in current workflows and propose improvements to reduce turnaround time. Assist in the development of SOPs, checklists, and training materials for backend tasks

Support & CollaborationWork closely with Admissions Consultants to prioritize application deadlines. Provide prompt internal support for ad-hoc data requests and cross-functional projects. Qualification & SkillsExperience: 2–3 years in a backend support, operations, or documentation role—preferably within education, immigration, or professional services.

Technical Skills:Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel focus). Comfort working with cloud storage (Google Workspace/OneDrive) and document management systems. Soft Skills:Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Mindset:Client-centric approach, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
