Marketing Executive – Campus Outreach

We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive – Campus Outreach to represent GinEd across schools and colleges. The role involves visiting institutions, connecting with teachers and coordinators, and promoting GinEd's counselling, study tours, and career programmes, especially for students preparing for college admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct seminars and awareness sessions at schools and colleges to showcase GinEd's counselling services and career programs.
  • Coordinate with class teachers, heads, and student representatives to organize on-campus promotional activities.
  • Present and explain GinEd's mobile app, student benefits, and study tour opportunities through engaging presentations.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions for regular counselling sessions and collaborations.
  • Collect and maintain student leads and share them with the counselling team for follow-up.
  • Represent GinEd at educational fairs, open days, and student engagement events.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on outreach activities, seminars conducted, and student engagement outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident in approaching new institutions and initiating partnerships.
  • Strong persuasion and public-speaking ability.
  • Well-organized, target-driven, and enthusiastic about the education sector.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing, branding, or sales preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
