Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records of project transactions.
  • Record and reconcile revenues, expenses, commissions, and payouts.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable related to project partners.
  • Prepare monthly reports including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for transaction verification.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and taxation.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
