Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty & Wellness Trainer to join our team in Karmatand, Jharkhand and Dhanbad. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Skill Development sector, with hands-on knowledge of beauty and wellness training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on Beauty & Wellness modules including:
  • Basic grooming
  • Skin and hair care
  • Spa & salon basics
  • Makeup application techniques
  • Hygiene and safety standards
  • Ensure effective delivery of theoretical and practical sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
  • Guide students on industry best practices and professional grooming.
  • Track trainee progress through assessments, attendance, and performance records.
  • Maintain training documents, reports, and daily session logs.
  • Engage trainees through demonstrations, practical sessions, and interactive activities.
  • Coordinate with the center team for smooth training operations and assessments.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of beauty & wellness techniques (skin, hair, makeup, hygiene).
  • Good communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to conduct practical demonstrations confidently.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, presentations, emails).
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant training experience.
  • Preference for candidates with Skill Development sector experience (DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NAPS, etc.).
  • IT/ITS candidates are preferred.
  • Candidates willing to work at Karmatand, Jharkhand / Dhanbad.
