Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer, based in Bengaluru. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end web applications, working on full software development life cycles, and implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Additionally, you will work on database integration and management, ensuring robust and efficient data storage solutions.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer
with
3 years of hands-on experience
to join our team in
Bengaluru
on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end web applications. You will work across all phases of the software development life cycle, implement best coding practices, and apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. The role also involves database integration, performance optimization, and ensuring efficient data management to support scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain back-end web applications using Python and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated solutions.
  • Manage and optimize database systems to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Apply OOP principles and software design patterns to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in Python development and back-end web technologies.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and frameworks such as
    Django
    ,
    Flask
    , or
    FastAPI
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    and software design principles.
  • Experience with
    database management systems
    such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in
