Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly transitioned or existing processes, ensuring standardization and optimization.
• Identify improvement opportunities using Six Sigma / Lean methodologies and drive projects from ideation to successful implementation.
• Manage automation initiatives, including identifying RPA opportunities, aligning with enterprise frameworks, and overseeing end-to-end execution.
• Facilitate the rollout of process re-engineering and transformation programs by developing process models, measurement systems, and governance mechanisms.
• Drive organization-wide process excellence initiatives establish metrics, mentor improvement projects, and ensure benefit realization and continuous process enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.
• 10 years of relevant experience in process excellence, business transformation, or operational improvement roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with demonstrated experience in applying process improvement techniques.
• Strong project management skills with experience in automation deployment (RPA), process documentation, and BPM tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.
