We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with expertise in Gearset.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects while implementing best practices in DevOps methodologies.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOps processes using Gearset, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high quality solutions. Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment. Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and DevOps processes.

Facilitate regular team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and DevOps trends to drive innovation within the team. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset.

Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.

Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.

Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect). Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of additional DevOps tools and practices beyond Gearset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps. Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
