Graphic Design CoordinatorLocation - RajkotJob Summary:The Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for managing the production and delivery of visual assets across various platforms. This role combines creative design skills with strong project coordination to ensure timely execution of marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the development, design, and production of digital and print materials including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and more. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of design projects. Assist in developing creative concepts and layouts based on marketing strategies or campaign goals.
Manage project timelines, approvals, and asset organization using project management tools. Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring visual coherence across all channels. Provide quality assurance checks on all design deliverables prior to release.
Support design needs for internal communications, events, and presentations. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.1+ years of experience in graphic design and/or creative project coordination. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) is a plus.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
