JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Executive PPC Job Title - Executive PPC Experience 2 to 3 years Qualification Diploma/BE Mechanical or Production Job Description Summary
  • Handle Production planning and control related activity
  • Handle daily, weekly, monthly, yearly activities of Material Management/production management & Inventory management
  • Make record of all processes as per ISO documents management
  • Plan and execute ERP activity which need to perform for Production/Material Management
  • Monitor the Section wise job schedule with production.
  • Study drawings and list out critical requirement and prepare action plan.
  • To prepare scope of work on the basis of JCA (Job Commencement Authorization) & detail DRG 
  • To Prepare Job Wise Routing Sheet for Non-Std. Job with consultation of Production & Method.
  • To Monitor Job Closure as per BOM.
  • To review BOM sequence required for routing.
  • Production planning and inventory monitoring by all stakeholders Prepare for all material inventory, receipt, expiration, and monitoring.
  • Schedule jobs, execute in ERP according to production plan, and actually produce with production team
  • Review daily SAP production progress and plan for future production
  • Formulation of production plans in cooperation with related departments
  • Prepare and share forecasts with the relevant team to plan future activities
  • Inventory management/daily production usage review and reporting
  • Calculation of material requirements for future production and coordination with logistics and production teams Coordinate with customers to meet deadlines and consult with them when problems occur.
  • Monitoring FG inventory, creating materials required for production, and monitoring the performance.
  • Maintain documentation of all processes with backup data according to IATF requirements
  • Add tasks assigned by Report Manager that must be performed.
